Where do you ship from?
We ship from Netherlands.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please make sure the products you choose are legal in your country before ordering. We cannot be held responsible, stick to the law.
Do you offer tracking worldwide?
Yes. Everywhere that we ship to, we can track a package to.
Is it true you ship tracked at no extra cost to the customer to NL?
Yes this is most certainly true, airmail and UPS cost the same to The Netherlands and you will not be charged extra for the upgrade, just make sure you choose 'DPD' at checkout, if you choose airmail your order will still be untracked.
What packaging do you use?
We use plain, discreet packaging, with no reference to research chemicals or Realchems. Everything gets sent as a letter.
What payment methods do you accept?
BTC, LTC, ETH, Western Union, Direct Bank Transfer and instant Credit card payment.
Where do I find the cryptoaddress to send altcoin payment to?
The address is provided to you at checkout, please use preev.com to calculate the cost in Euros. Please pay the correct amount immediately after placing your order, underpayments will go on hold. Send transaction ID (long code) to [email protected] when you've sent the funds.
Do you offer free samples?
No. Requests will be ignored. However know that every order above €40 gets a free sample!
I have paid and sent proof of payment but not received a shipping confirmation?
Bank transfer and Western Union payments can take up to 5 working days. Crypto payments are instant but can take a day to administrate. Thankyou for your patience! Payments received befor 12.30pm go out same day.Your order will generally be shipped within 1 business days of us receiving payment.
When will my order arrive?
This depends on the service. Our shipping page has more info but for rough guides use the following estimates:
€4.99- Airmail. Untracked, uninsured, no reship. Up to 25 working days.
€10-€16- DPD tracked, up to 12 working days ONLY for within the EU.
€22.99- POSTNLTRACKED- tracked, uninsured, no reship. ships twice a week. Delivery time varies.
These are estimates. Please be patient, we can do NOTHING to speed up customs or shipping once sent.

What if my order does not arrive?
If you have chosen a tracked and insured shipping option, your order will be reshipped if it has not arrived three weeks after shipping, unless it has been seized by customs. Your order will not be reshipped if it was shipped by airmail or POSTNLTRACKED. These services are at your own risk.
Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box. If you still have not received it then it may not go out until your payment has been confirmed.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be attached to your order or shipment email, this may land in your spam folder. Trackers may not be updated until the following morning depending on volume of orders.
How do I track my order?
