SHIPPING AND RETURNS
 

We ship Monday to Friday, same day dispatch if ordered and payment is received before 12.30pm Central European time.

POSTNL tracked orders are shipped 2 times per week.


All orders are shipped from Netherlands.

We ship worldwide with the exception of the UK, USA & Austria - under no circumstances will we ship research chemicals to these countries so please do not ask. CBD weed is available to these countries.
 
Where possible, our products are shipped in sealed mylar foil bags to protect the material until use. All products are correctly labeled, but there is no reference to the chemical name or Real Chems on the outer packaging (other than UPS express €35 will be declared as 'analytical sample'). We endeavor to dispatch packages as quickly as possible and customers can expect orders to be dispatched within two business days after receipt of payment.

 
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All orders are final.
 
All orders above €250 will have their regular mail upgraded via Courier/Registered Mail for FREE. 

We are currently offering flat rate of shipping that costs €4.99 AIRMAIL worldwide by POSTNL, this is an UNtracked service, no signature, no reship.

All packages to The Netherlands are upgraded to PostNLtracked for free, unless requested otherwise.

Alternatively you can pay for a tracked courier service for €16.99 within the EU or €35 for the rest of the world. All packaged automatically go via UPS.

 

Regarding COVID-19:


POSTNL have announced that postal services to a number of countries have been restricted. They have said there are also various delays to other countries. We will continue to ship every day however please be patient when it comes to receiving your package, this is truly out of our control.

In regards to UPS and DHL:

UPS – Delivery times are no longer guaranteed and some areas may NOT be accessible. Please check the UPS site for updates.

DHL – Delivery is continuing however there may be delays, if delivered to a service point that is closed due to the outbreak then it will be go to the nearest location or returned to sender.

We will continue to ship as long as this is allowed in the Netherlands, we will update you if this changes. We do recommend that you stock up on research materials in case your country stops post.

 

NOTE:

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or postal services, please be patient.
 
We DO NOT reship any orders seized by customs, it is your responsibility to ensure our products are legal in your country before ordering. However if you order was shipped via a tracked, insured service and it is lost we will reship 3 weeks after a normal waiting period (about 21 working days).
